We’ve kicked off our July spectacularly with three big wins at the 2022 Channel Champions Awards! It was particularly rewarding as we had three different departments recognised for their contribution in securing our 58% revenue growth last year.
Executive Leadership Team of the Year
The judges recognised the top-notch leadership qualities in our Managing Director Dan Cunliffe, Operations Director Chris Romeika, and Sales Director Bernie McPhillips, who invested heavily in the team with over 720 hours of paid training, promotions throughout, and company-wide bonuses. And all our directors pull their weight, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our team, allowing us to end 2021 with:
– A net promoter score of 74 (average is 32)
– 85% of partners planning to increase business with us in 2022
– £83m in pipeline revenue for our partners (or £1.8m in monthly revenue)
– 33% more partners
Sales & Account Management Team of the Year
Our Account Managers helped partners grow their businesses in a year where many were looking to regulate their spend. And it’s all down to our them doubling as coaches to break partners into new markets, and providing the tools to future-proof businesses (especially when it comes to big channel shake ups like the PSTN switch-off).
The sales team played a vital role in the company’s performance overall, leading to the same numbers from above, plus 99% customer retention.
Marketing Team of the Year
To secure new partnerships and support current ones, our marketing team went back to basics to clarify our offering and strengthen our partner-first positioning.
And it paid off as we reached some of our biggest growth numbers yet.
Without our marketing team we wouldn’t have been able to reach the heights we did—and keep the momentum going. And it’s all down to their work engaging new prospects and enabling our current partner base; whether it was bringing lucrative opportunities to partners’ attention, or helping them take our connectivity straight to their customers with white-labelled collateral.
