Can we use it to log tickets from today?
Yes you can! Our official launch date is 1st September, 2021, but we do have the procedures in place to handle any tickets immediately.
What are the Operations support hours?
We operate 9am-6pm, and have emergency staff on call 24/7.
Can I still raise tickets through the Pangea support email?
Yes you can!
Are incidents logged against user accounts or customer accounts, so they can be viewed by other users?
They will be logged under the customer account, so you’ll be able to view your tickets on the Pangea Hub.
Once the new support system is live, is this the only way to raise a case?
No, you can still email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d prefer.
