Pangea have been shortlisted for Best Use of Technology in the Utilities and Telecoms Awards, an annual celebration and recognition of outstanding businesses within the industry.
Focusing the entry on their Pre-Ethernet product, Pangea displayed the ways the uptake of their technology has allowed a partner to increase and recognise revenue earlier, improve the customer experience and generally drive better customer outcomes.
The partner, a telecoms reseller, often had to wait between three to six months for Ethernet installations to go live and thus lost out on roughly £12,000 to £24,000 of revenue per month based on their regular sales. Pangea’s Pre-Ethernet solved this problem by providing an enterprise grade level of connectivity over 4G or 3G with a connected device the very next day after the initial Ethernet sale is made. Therefore, allowing the telecoms reseller to connect the client quickly while waiting for the Ethernet service to go live. Most importantly the partner can now start invoicing their clients sooner as well as improving the customer experience.
Dan Cunliffe, Managing Director of Pangea said “I am delighted that we have been made finalists in such a prestigious national awards category. It’s thanks to our team and especially our partners who have helped to make the Pre-Ethernet product a success story. It’s the kind of product that just works and helps to solve a significant problem of delayed or slow connectivity. Our partners and their clients love it.”
