When we asked our partners what the most important factor was in their decision to use our mobile connectivity (in order of priority):
– 56.82% put flexibility of tariffs as their second most important factor
– 53.57% said control and support via our SIM management portal was their third priority
How we’re responding to partner NPS feedback
