4 shortlistings at the fourth annual IoT Global Awards

We’re in the running for four of this year’s IoT Global Awards!

As one of the industry’s biggest IoT-dedicated awards ceremonies, it’s both a proving ground for innovative IoT solutions across sectors, and a celebration of IoT’s growth and milestones each year.

Three of the shortlistings are for Best Product or Service within a sector, and one of them is for Best IoT Ecosystem. Take a look:

We used in-vehicle connectivity and flexible tariffs to equip a fleet with in-car Wi-Fi, telematics, geolocation, and more—winning over £2m for our partner and saving nearly £2m for their premium transport customer.

When schools closed at the beginning of the COVID-19 lockdown in March, we combined our Multi-network SIMs and Pangea Protect, our content filtering solution, to keep over 55,000 students connected to their educations while protecting them from online threats.

And when the NHS set up pop-up hospitals to handle the rapid onset of COVID-19 patients, we used Instanet to get their Cardiff site the resilient connectivity they needed to run vital healthcare solutions within a day, all without locking them into an expensive contract.

Lastly, our IoT ecosystem is being shortlisted for making IoT solutions accessible for our partners, and helping them break into new, exciting markets (like 5G!).
