We’re delighted to kick off the new year by announcing our latest new milestone: we’ve signed our 500th partner and counting! Our growth is partially inspired by our channel-only approach which leaves partners feeling secure, knowing their customer base is fully protected.
Plus, our growth was also inspired by making intelligent mobile connectivity simple to use and helping partners future-proof their businesses.
While we’re proud of our growing partner count, we’re devoted to giving existing partners the best chance to succeed by running deal clinics, conducting webinars discussing our latest products, and creating self-help tools that help partners secure seven figure contracts.
It’s been one hell of a ride
On the path to hitting our 500th partner milestone, we’ve had some incredible moments like:
Going three for three in the inaugural Technology Reseller Awards
Winning in important categories like Technology Reseller Award for Innovation, Communications and Networking Vendor of the Year, and Communications Product of the Year. Plus, winning four more awards across Channel Champions and Connected Britain.
Opening our first office in Scotland
After experiencing over 33% team growth, allowing better support for our partners.
Notching a more-than-double-the-industry-average NPS score of 74
Which included an overall customer approval rating of 93%.
Creating the PSTN sales planner tool
To make taking on tricky PSTN migrations an easy and simple task for all partners. One partner won a projected £11m in revenue by using it.
Restructuring our team
With our co-founder Chris Romeika changing his role from Operations Director to Chief Technology Officer. Plus, making key hires like our new Chief Finance and Operations Officer Phil Taylor and our new Head of Partner Channel Emma Pazgrat.
