4x finalists at Comms Dealer’s new Channel Champion awards

We’re thrilled to say we’ve made finalist in four awards at Comms Dealer’s brand new Channel Champions ceremony!

Hosted under the sun in the lovely Regent’s Park, Comms Dealer’s new awards ceremony will be one of the first major in-person events in the channels since the lockdowns began.

All under the Service Provider category umbrella, here are the awards we’re up for:

Sales & Account Management Team of the Year

When the pandemic hit, our account managers dedicated themselves to helping our partners adapt to the changing connectivity market (including the surge in mobile and IoT connectivity), with in-depth training sessions and deal clinics to highlight new opportunities in partners’ customer bases.

Engineering & Technical Support Team of the Year

Each of our engineers worked to the wire to create new solutions that kept businesses connected through the pandemic; all while maintaining our SLAs for same-day delivery and on-demand support.

They went above and beyond in connecting Cardiff’s pop-up hospital for the NHS, as well as providing safe, compliant connectivity for underprivileged students.

Marketing Team of the Year

The marketing team relaunched our entire website last year, and created toolkits for our IoT partners to supplement their own communications with. All while keeping our IoT blog and IoT Insider podcast chock full of valuable insights for partners, including tactics for entering the booming IoT market and updates on fresh opportunities that cropped up over the year (like 5G connectivity).

And with the sales team unable to attend meetings, our marketers moved fast to support them with a strong outbound strategy and exciting new campaigns, keeping the team connected to our partners.

Our directors worked hard to support the whole team through the pandemic, making sure we had the freedom to tackle challenges the way we choose, the motivation to create the best solutions on the market, and access to the help we need whenever we need it.
